Special notice for EU/UK customers:
✧ EU/UK customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees when picked up at your country's custom offices. Additional taxes/charges/fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to claim your package. Thank you for understanding! 

How long does it take for an order to ship out?
✧ Orders could take up to one to two weeks to ship out. I will try to get all the orders out as soon as I can. 

Do you ship to my country?

✧ You can check if USPS delivers to your country here. Please make sure to check before purchasing! If you place an order and your country is not available for shipping, I will refund your order. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

✧ Since I ship from California via USPS, US & Canadian customers should receive their orders within 7- 10 business days. For international customers, shipping may typically take 2-8 weeks depending on the country. Please remember that customs may hold onto it for a long time. 

Will I receive a tracking #?

✧ Yes, all orders include a USPS tracking#! International customers, please keep in mind that I cannot control any possible mailing or customs delays that may occur during your shipment.

Can I return a product?

✧ No, all sales are final so please make sure that you love the item before purchasing it! There are no returns or exchanges after the checkout process! 

Replacements/Damages/ Lost packages
✧ If the product is lost , I cannot compensate any lost orders that were untracked. Thank you for understanding! 

If the item is damaged, please contact me with picture proof and I will try to replace it ASAP if I have the items in stock. I will ask that you pay for the shipping cost for re-delivery!
